For months, there have been rumors circulating the web suggesting that there was some serious tension between Prince Harry and his older brother, Prince William, and in a recent ITV documentary, Harry & Meghan: An African Journey , Prince Harry confirmed it.

Sibling rivalries are common and no cause for concern, but rumors have been suggesting for months that there is some major bad blood between the royal brothers.

In April, a source insinuated to People, that their brotherly relationship was experiencing some of life’s turbulences.
They explained that Harry and William “are at very different situations in their lives.”
The source went on, revealing that Harry and William are very different from each other, fundamentally.
Harry is supposedly more of a follow-your-instincts type of fellow, whereas William is more attracted to living life by the book.
Their differences are evident based on their personal relationships, the source detailed.
William, who dated his high school sweetheart for eight years before marrying her, allegedly cautioned Harry that things were moving too quickly with Meghan Markle.
Since then, the tension has supposedly spread to their wives…
“They are very different characters,” a source told People about Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton. “Wives do change the dynamic, and they both have very strong wives.”
In March, Harry and Meghan seemingly separated themselves completely from William and Kate.
They left their joint “court” at Kensington Palace, moved out of London to Windsor Castle’s Frogmore Cottage, and launched their own Instagram page.
In June, fans dragged Prince Harry and Meghan Markle for not wishing Prince William a happy birthday on social media.
While it’s possible that they wished him a happy birthday IRL, it only raised more suspicion that there may be a rift between Harry and William.
On Harry’s birthday, William wished him a happy birthday on Instagram.
It’s now what he said, however, it’s the way he said it.
Fans thought William’s birthday message was cold and impersonal.
He posted a photo of himself and Harry candidly smilling at each other.
“Wishing a very happy birthday to The Duke of Sussex today!,” the caption read.
Comments flooded in, arguing that William’s message seemed detached and disingenuous.
This person pointed out that William only has one little brother — suggesting he could have written something more sentimental.
Anyway, in a recent ITV documentary, “Harry & Meghan: An African Journey”, Harry opened up a bit about what’s going on between he and William.
“Inevitably stuff happens,” he said .
“But we’re brothers, we’ll always be brothers,” he continued. “We’re certainly on different paths at the moment.”
Although he confirmed that he and his brother’s relationship isn’t in the optimal place, he still made it clear that they will always have each other’s backs regardless.
“I’ll always be there for him and as I know, he’ll always be there for me,” he went on.
“We don’t see each other as much as we used to because we’re so busy but I love him dearly .”
He explained that the rumors of their supposed feud have been exaggerated by the public.
“The majority of stuff is created out of nothing,” he said .
“As brothers, we have good days and we have bad days,” he concluded.
