Kourtney Kardashian has shared the one thing a parenting expert told her she was doing wrong, which left her dealing with mom ‘guilt’.
She spoke about her parenting style
Kourtney, 46, is a mother of four. She shares 2-year-old son Rocky with Travis Barker as well as kids Mason, 15, Penelope, 13, and Reign, 10, with her ex Scott Disick.
Kourtney has been open about it

The TV star has been open about her parenting style, having previously shared that she co-sleeps with her son Rocky, per BuzzFeed News.
In the latest episode of The Kardashians, Kourtney discussed details on how she parents her kids. In the episode, she hosted an event with parent guidance expert Erica Komisar.
They discussed parenting activities
Kourtney’s conversation with Komisar held more than one topic surrounding parental behaviors such as co-sleeping with your child and breastfeeding.
Komisar told the TV star that parents shouldn’t be on their phone while breastfeeding, which shocked Kourtney.
The expert said she gets asked about it a lot

“The whole point of breastfeeding is the emotional attunement,” Komisar said.
“I’ve treated mothers who sit and they say, ‘Is it OK to be on my phone when breastfeeding?’ I’m like, ‘No,’” she added.
She wasn’t aware of this
Kourtney asked Komisar if the baby being asleep during the process made any difference, saying, “I’m on my phone…I didn’t know the ‘no phone’ thing.”
She further said in a confessional, “I did not know that you should not be on your phone while breastfeeding. I’ve definitely done that with all kids.”
The TV star now feels ‘guilt’

Later on in the episode, Kourtney admitted she felt mom ‘guilt’ over her phone usage while breastfeeding her kids.
“Now I’m like, the guilt that I have. But it’s good, because you shouldn’t be doing it,” she shared.
Parenting can be different in each family
The 46-year-old further said in a confessional, “There are so many different ways for people to parent their kids, but this is just what really connects with me.”
