JoJo Siwa has shared an update on her relationship with boyfriend Chris Hughes as she talks about how they ‘pester each other’ about having kids.
The two confirmed their relationship this summer
JoJo Siwa and Chris Hughes confirmed their relationship just a few months ago after having met on Celebrity Big Brother.
The 22-year-old and 32-year-old initially struck up a ‘platonic’ friendship before later confirming they were dating.
She confirmed it in June

In June, Siwa told The Guardian, “It’s not platonic any more, and it’s been a beautiful development, a beautiful connection, and I’m absolutely head over heels for him and he’s the same way.”
They have been getting closer since then

The couple have been getting closer since they met, with Siwa opening up in a more recent interview on whether she and Hughes would be having kids in the future.
She told the No Filter YouTube show on Heart’s channel that they’re both on the same page when it comes to kids.
They ‘pester each other about it’

Talking about her and Hughes possibly having children together, Siwa said, “I pester him about it, we pester each other about it.”
“The thing about Christopher and I is how we met, it accelerates your relationship like no other, right?”
She explained their plans

“Just on a friendship dynamic and then all of a sudden we realized, clearly we like each other more than friends here, a lot more than friends,” Siwa said.
“I think we have a beautiful future ahead and I think it’s very fast and it’s very quick, but it feels so right. I can’t explain it, but we have very fun, fun, fun things ahead of us that I’m looking forward to.”
Siwa also spoke about a wedding
In another interview with The Sun, the Karma singer also spoke about what her and Hughes’ wedding would look like in the future.
“A wedding is a two-person thing,” she said.
She wants to include Hughes in the planning

Siwa went on, “So we would have to decide what it looks like. But I do know that I want it to have a baby-blue color scheme and I need to help Chris make the playlist.”
Siwa shared the reality of a ‘public life’

She added, “At the end of the day, we have a very public life, but we are still two humans who love each other very much. So as much as we love to share stuff, we always like to keep some stuff to ourselves, too.”
