In case you’ve been living under a rock, it’s been six years of an ongoing divorce battle between exes Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, and their six children. The pair, who was once one of the most iconic Hollywood couples, have turned on each other. Their treacherous and lengthy divorce process has been grueling.
Now, the latest saga involves an anonymous lawsuit Angelina filed against her ex asking why he wasn’t charged after an alleged argument in the family’s private jet.
According to Page Six, new details surrounding Brad Pitt’s alleged meltdown in September of 2016 — the one that is reported to have led to his and Angelina Jolie’s divorce — have been revealed.
The outlet reports that Angelina Jolie allegedly sued the FBI for records she was already in possession of.

Page Six reports that the actress anonymously filed a lawsuit back in April using the alias Jane Doe, and requested documents in an attempt to figure out why no criminal charges were brought against her ex-husband at the time.
Documents shown to the news outlet show that the assistant United States attorney and the assistant United States chief of the Criminal Division discussed the case in November 2017.
The actress spoke about the incident in the initial FBI report, telling officials that she thought her husband was “mad” as soon as they boarded the private jet from France back to America.
Angelina alleged that Brad took her to the washroom and “grabbed her by the head, shaking her,” as they argued over one of their six children.
Angelina alleged that Brad punched the plane’s ceiling four times and told their children that their mother is “ruining this family, she’s crazy” after they had questioned whether or not she was okay.
“It’s not her, it’s you, you p***k!” responded one of their children, who was not named in the report. Brad then allegedly ran toward the child.
The reports claim that Angelina held her then-husband back and ended up suffering injuries to her back and elbow.
The actress filed for divorce six days after the alleged flight incident. It was also revealed that Angelina submitted pictures of her reported injuries, along with the kids’ journals.
