Courteney Cox just gave us a hilarious yet inspiring peek into her wellness routine on Instagram. The Friends star, now 60, shared a reel that starts with impressive workout clips and ends with an unexpected self-care method.

“I thought I would never do a cold plunge. I thought I would hate it, but I love it so much,” she confessed

While Cox seems to be a fan of the cold, she told Glamour that she also enjoys the benefits of heat
“In the afternoon I take a sauna, a hot sauna. I use water with essential oils on it so it becomes steamy. It’s not infrared; it’s just a pure hot sauna,” she shared.
Her wellness routine is all about balance. After heating things up in the sauna, she dives into a cold plunge
“The dopamine hit you get is so, and I shouldn’t say, it’s like a drug. I actually haven’t taken a drug that gives you a dopamine hit, but that’s what this does. And it lasts a long time,” she added.
In her Instagram Reel, Cox began by acknowledging her 60th birthday
“So, I just had a birthday. I don’t love the number. But you have no choice. You just have to do the best you can,” she said, keeping it real and relatable. Because who doesn’t feel that way about birthdays?
She showed off her impressive workout routine: running on a treadmill, leg raises, squats with a dumbbell, chin-ups — you name it, she’s doing it
Now for the highlight: Cox, in a black bikini, crawling out of her freezer while doing a face sheet mask. “What? It’s Cryotherapy,” she quipped.
Cryotherapy is all about exposing your body to super cold temps for a few minutes. It’s known for reducing inflammation and giving you a serious energy boost
Courteney’s playful take on it? Absolute gold.
