Courtney Cox is getting candid about a topic most celebrities shy away from. During a visit on the podcast Gloss Angeles , the Friends actress, 58, talked about the painful cycle she went through to preserve her beauty and expressed regret over having the operation done.

She continued, “You don’t realize what it looks like to the outside person and just doing too many fillers and then having to have them removed, which thank god they are removable, but I think I messed up a lot and now luckily I can, I was able to reverse most of that, and now I’m actually just older.”
How She Feels When She Recalls Her Filler Era
When Courteney comes upon old photographs of herself from her filler years, she claims to be in shock.
“I look at pictures of me from when I thought I looked okay, and I can’t believe it,” she admitted.

Yet, Courteney has been open about how her attempts to stay young in the long run failed.

The actress acknowledged last year that she originally used various “injections” and other treatments to try to delay the onset of aging but eventually recognized she had gone “crazy” and is now attempting to age gracefully.

She revealed to the Sunday Times Style magazine that there “was a time when you go, “Oh, I’m changing. I’m looking older.” And I tried to chase that [youthfulness] for years.”
