Nicky Hilton Rothschild has nothing but love and praise for sister Paris Hilton , who just welcomed her first son, Phoenix, via surrogate in January. According to Nicky, she is beyond happy for Paris, who is currently “on cloud nine”.

“She is on cloud nine. She is such an incredible mother,” Nicky told PEOPLE at the 16th Women in Film Oscars Party. “She was born to do this, and I’m just so happy for her.”
The Cousins Haven’t Met
Nicky, who has two daughters with James Rothschild, added that baby Phoenix has not met his cousins yet, as the families live on different coasts.
Excited To Meet
They have been planning to come together and let their babies meet each other soon. “When my kids have spring break in a few weeks, they’re going to come here and meet their new cousin.”
