Gwyneth Paltrow is absolutely fine being friends with her exes, and she’s got a philosophy behind it all. The MCU actress and GOOP founder has revealed an “uncoupling” approach after breakups, one seeing her make quick headlines after being linked to a string of A-Lister men in the past. Gwyneth, 50, is married to husband Brad Falchuk. However, for the girl who once dated Fight Club star Brad Pitt, everyone wants to know what the breakup M.O. is. Gwyneth has just answered some IG DMs, saying “Pretty much” when a fan asked if she stays friends with her former lovers.
Believes In ‘Conscious Uncoupling’
Gwyneth continued, “I really believe in conscious uncoupling. When you spend meaningful time with someone, it’s nice to have it morph into friendship. I don’t want to have bad blood with anyone, ever (if I can help it).”

“It is with hearts full of sadness that we have decided to separate,” Paltrow said in a statement. “We have been working hard for well over a year, some of it together, some of it separated, to see what might have been possible between us, and we have come to the conclusion that while we love each other very much we will remain separate.”

Noting that Chris is the father to her children, the blonde added,
“We are parents first and foremost, to two incredibly wonderful children and we ask for their and our space and privacy to be respected at this difficult time,” also sharing , “We have always conducted our relationship privately, and we hope that as we consciously uncouple and coparent, we will be able to continue in the same manner.”
