The tweet went viral, and other celebrity news fan accounts reposted it. It did not specify where the information came from or its source. On Twitter, thousands more users also shared. In an article just before the incident, Us Weekly cited a source who said that Zendaya and Holland are “both in settling-down mode and are planning for a real future together.” In 2016, while portraying the love interests Peter and MJ for Spider-Man: Homecoming , the two met on set.
They instantly generated speculations when the Marvel movie debuted in theaters in 2017, thanks to their undeniable on-screen chemistry. Still, it wasn’t until they were spotted giving each other PDA in July 2021 that their relationship was made official.

Tom and Zendaya are very quiet and have tried to keep their relationship out of the spotlight. In November 2021, the Spider-Man star opened up to GQ about “the downsides of fame.”
