10+ Times Celebrities Have Walked Out Of Interviews

Dealing with the media is a regular part of any major celebrity's lifestyle. But sometimes, a line of questioning can be taken too far and professional inquiries give way to personal attacks.

Below are 10+ times celebrities have walked out of interviews. Have a look and ask yourself: what would you have done in the same situation? Would you stay or would you go?

Donald J. Trump

Last year, former President Donald J. Trump walked out of a taping for 60 Minutes.

After becoming visibly frustrated with the line of questions, Trump stood up and walked out. He said his reason for doing so was because reporter Lindsay Stahl refused to wear proper PPE.

50 Cent

Hip-hop artist Curtis Jackson aka 50 Cent abruptly ended an interview with Complex after he was asked about his then-feud with rapper French Montana.

50 Cent appeared taken aback by the questions, and said "You think Will Smith would do that? I can’t believe you would say these things about me.

Joan Rivers

Joan Rivers was a legend in the comedy world but even she had her limits. After an appearance on CNN put Joan on the defensive, she began to get irate.

She stormed off set proclaiming that host Fredricka Whitfield was not the right person to interview a comedian.

Robert Pattinson

Robert Pattinson's interview with Ryan Seacrest was over before it even began.

Roughly two minutes into the interview, Ryan switches subjects to Robert's New Moon co-star, Kristen Stewart. At that point, Pattinson's publicist brings the entire line of questioning to a halt.

Jordan Belfort

Jordan became angered after a reporter suggested that his oral deal with his management company was nothing more than a clever rouse to hide his income.

The 'Wolf of Wall Street' himself stated that he'd never felt more disrespected in his life.

The BeeGees

Clive Anderson made the mistake of getting too familiar with the iconic disco-pop group, The BeeGees.

The talk show host began cracking jokes about how his dog loved the band's high-pitched register. The BeeGees didn't think it was very funny.

Paris Hilton

Paris' interview with ABC was contentious right from the very beginning. The host starts off by accusing Hilton of being disingenuine and for outright faking her public persona.

After he asks Paris if she fears her fifteen minutes of fame has expired, she gets up and walks out.

Rita Ora

Rita Ora seems like a perfectly pleasant young woman — just don't make the mistake of asking her about ex-beau and former music collaborator, Calvin Harris.

As soon as Rita begins hailing questions about the EDM superstar, she walks away smiling.

Gary Coleman

Gary Coleman was a former childhood star, best known for his time spent on Diff'rent Strokes.

Amid allegations of domestic abuse, Gary did an interview with The Insider. Host Lisa Bloom began badgering him and Gary promptly walked off.

Birdman

Birdman aka Baby was one of the most influential figures in early '90s hip-hop. His biggest claim to fame is discovering Lil Wayne.

He rolled into The Breakfast Club with only one purpose in mind: to have host Charlamagne put some respect on his name.

Ben Stiller

Yes, there's a high likelihood that Ben was in on the gag during his Between Two Ferns interview. But isn't it so much funnier to pretend otherwise?

After Zach asks Ben "do you ever wish that you'd followed your parents into comedy?" Ben quietly takes off his mic and walks away.

Steven Seagal

Steven Seagal was working as an American ambassador to Russia and has dual citizenship. After being asked which nation he would choose if push came to shove, Seagal becomes visibly agitated.

When the topic shifts to his abuse allegations, he ends the interview immediately.

Russell Crowe

This is a good piece of advice for future journalists should they ever encounter Russell Crowe in the professional world: do not mock his dialect.

After a reporter made the mistake of picking up what he perceived to be a hint of Irish in Crowe's accent for Robin Hood, the Oscar-winning actor became irate and left.

Justin Bieber

I really can't fault Justin for this one. Clearly, this interview was going off the rails. His hosts didn't speak English and Justin was having a difficult time understanding the line of questioning.

So instead of putting himself at risk of the unknown, he chose to remove himself from the equation.

Robert Downey Jr.

There's one direction that Robert Downey Jr. never looks: behind him.

When a reporter began drudging up events from Robert's past (that took place more than a decade prior) the Iron Man star becomes understandably confused.

He halted the questioning immediately and politely walked out.
