Lucy Liu reunited with friend, Drew Barrymore, to look back at one of their most iconic projects together. The 54-year-old actress dropped by The Drew Barrymore Show to promote her latest flick but ended up revealing some of the naughty moments that happened on the set of Charlie's Angels.

Liu stopped by Barrymore's talk show to promote her new film, Shazam! Fury of the Gods. The girlfriends had a heartwarming hug, with Drew kneeling down on the carpet to get close and hold hands with Lucy.
Drew shared that she was doing a "mad scramble" before the show to unearth the nude photos Lucy took of her while they were on the set of Charlie's Angels.
"I was trying to find the nude photographs you took of me on the set of Charlie's in my dressing room," Drew said.
Lucy replied that she still had the photos and went on to compliment her friend for being so gorgeous, natural, and playful in the pics.
The actress explained that she captured a series of portraits of different people, with and without clothes on. "And you look gorgeous as you still do, and you're so natural and playful and having a great time. I have a series of portraits of people, with and without clothes on," Lucy said.
The pretty ladies worked alongside Cameron Diaz in the 2000s franchise Charlie's Angels, which had three successful film installments. The trio developed a real friendship off-screen and remained besties long after the movie wrapped.
Looking back, Lucy reminisced about their experience shooting the films. She revealed a couple more things, including how hard training was and who was the "naughty" one in the group.
"Okay I remember pain... I remember eight hours a day training, five days a week," she said.
According to Lucy, Drew was the naughty one in the trio. "You were both so dedicated and me and Cameron were both so naughty sometimes," Barrymore agreed.
Liu divulged some behind-the-scenes filming secrets as one of their old photos was pulled up. The actress explained that their legs had to be connected to wires so they could hold them up and they had to do everything in heels too!
She went on to say that the hardships were worth it because they made a memorable photo (and films) out of it.
"What a memorable photo it made, right? I mean, we were pretty bad*ss!"
The trio has kept in touch through the years and have remained in each other's lives long after filming ended.
In 2019, the ladies reunited as Lucy was honored with her own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. She shared the photo on her Instagram and shared a sweet message for her gal pals, who she called her "angels".
"Charlie’s Angels reunion!!! 20 years ago were were forming an elite crime fighting team. Thanks to @DrewBarrymore and @CameronDiaz for always being my angels!" she captioned her post.
Demi Moore, who played the villain in Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle was also present at the ceremony.
Moore honored her fellow angel at the event and referred to Liu as someone who was a "bad*ss with brains". “Lucy and I first met while making Charlie’s Angels — didn’t know we were going to have a reunion today! And I could see that she was, in fact, as I had heard, a bad*ss with brains,” reported EW.
The angels also appeared in the first episode of Drew's talk show, where the trio reunited to chat about their friendship. Drew kicked off the show by saying she couldn't begin her new journey without honoring the two women who have been her partners in crime in life for over 20 years.
"The thing that I love about our friendship is that we have been there in all the big and important moments, we've also been there in the small moments and the casual moments," she said in the episode. "The reason we are such good friends is because it's real and we go through real stuff with each other. It's not a Hollywood fairy tale."
