Surprise! Lindsay Lohan Is Expecting Her First Baby!

The Mean Girls star and her husband, Bader Shammas, will be parents soon. The star actress shared the big reveal in a picture on Instagram showing a romper suit with the inscription "coming soon…" 

She captioned the onesie picture in her post with, "We are blessed and excited!" The Freaky Friday star also shared a similar photo on her story, but this time tagged her husband, "@bader.shammas," in the post.

Speaking with TMZ, the star actress revealed she and Shammas are already looking toward the next chapter. "We are very excited for our new family member to arrive, and we are looking forward to this next chapter of our lives!

The star also told another outlet about how happy they are. In her words, "we are beyond happy for this blessing in our lives, and we cannot wait to become parents."

The new baby from the couple will be their first together and even for Lindsay Lohan too!

The star was last spotted in public at the Christian Siriano runway show on February 9th in New York City. While at the event, she was spotted wearing loose clothing, apparently to hide her growing tummy.

Since the start of the year, the MTV Movies award winner has only uploaded pictures showing only from her chest upwards. Guess the star has been mindful of eyes that might be looking out for a baby bump.

Lindsay's close friend from the 2000s, new mom Paris Hilton, apparently joined her to celebrate the announcement of her baby. The TV star commented, "Congratulations love! So happy for you. Welcome to the Mommy Club!"

Sam Ronson, one of Lindsay's ex-boyfriends, also wishes her the best. He tells TMZ, "I wish her all the best. It's always great news when someone is expecting a baby." Kyle Richards, Melissa Gorga, and Bella Thorne have also left loving comments under her post, congratulating her.

Long before the expecting parents tied the knot, Lindsay accidentally announced her relationship with Shammas in 2020 in a deleted post. The actress shared a picture of herself and Bader Shammas at a music festival in Dubai, and in the caption, she referred to him as "boyfriend."

By the end of the following year, Lindsay announced her engagement in November 2021 on Instagram. She wrote in the caption, "My love. My life. My family. My future. @bader.shammas #love 💍 11.11.21"

The star also announced their union had been sealed in a seemingly quiet wedding style after she posted a picture of herself and Shammas on Instagram.

Her caption gave the big spoiler alert, "🎂❤️🥰I am the luckiest woman in the world. You found me and knew that I wanted to find happiness and grace, all at the same time. I am stunned that you are my husband. My life and my everything. ❤️every woman should feel like this everyday 🙏💖"

A month before their wedding, Lindsay shared a heartfelt birthday tribute to her man on her Instagram, calling him a "great man." "My love! You're not only a great man, an incredible person, you're my best friend. Thank you for you loving me back babe! I Love You So much! ❤️ Happy Birthday."

In an interview with Cosmopolitan, Lindsay referred to Shammas as "calm" and "amazing." The discussion with Kristofer Buckle happened before the pair finalized their union in July.

Lindsay Lohan has always been in the spotlight since the early 2000s, and by 2014, the star was hoping to get her life more private. To protect her privacy and get less press attention, the actress moved to Dubai, where she possibly met her prince charming.

It's no surprise the Herbie: Fully Loaded star is expecting her baby, as she has previously hinted she wanted a family. In 2016, Lindsay revealed to Vanity Fair that motherhood is on the way for her.

The Falling for Christmas star also said within the next decade, she would want to continue "making more films, writing my book, starting my charity, working with children a lot." Adding, "maybe having some of my own soon – after I get some movies done first."

That's not all she said. At one point, Lindsay Lohan shared she was open to the option of adopting children. Well, that was before her union with Bader Shammas. 

For now, all Lindsay fans are on the watch as they wait for the birth of their favorite Mean Girls baby in a couple of months, later this year.
