Jeremy Renner In 'Critical But Stable Condition' After Accident

According to reports, Jeremy Renner was hurt while plowing snow on Sunday and is currently in a critical but stable state.

According to information obtained by Deadline, Renner was involved in an accident and flown to a hospital earlier on Sunday. His spokeswoman stated that he is "getting excellent treatment" and that his family is currently with him.

The Accident

The Reno Gazette-Journal reports that Renner has a residence close to Mt. Rose-Ski Tahoe and roughly 25 miles from Reno. As of Wednesday morning, 35,000 houses in Northern Nevada's Washoe, Carson, Douglas, Storey, and Lyon counties were without power due to a winter storm that hit the area on New Year's Eve. Even though Renner was the only person in the accident. The sheriff's office's serious accident investigation team examines the incident's circumstances.

A Nevada House Owner

According to The Associated Press, Renner owns a house in Nevada, but it was unclear exactly where he was harmed.

The actor shared a picture of a snowcat vehicle—a vehicle used in icy conditions—on Instagram in 2015. It was unclear immediately if the car was a part of the incident on Sunday.

Renner is renowned for his performance as Hawkeye in the Marvel Avengers team.

Additionally, he has received two Oscar nominations for his roles in The Hurt Locker and The Town.
