Holmes Has Filed To Legally End His Marriage
Per Page Six, The TV personality filed for divorce from attorney Fiebeg after twelve years of being together. The duo got married in 2010 and share a daughter in their union. This is the second divorce for Holmes. In months leading to the separation news, he and Fiebig, an attorney, had been separated. The duo were living separately as of August.

Although Fiebig and Holmes’ marriage was at a shaky point, sources revealed that they tried working things out. However, the last straw appeared to be the viral news of Holmes’ affair with his colleague, Robach. Insiders relayed that his wife was “blindsided by her husband’s affair" because they had been trying to save their marriage. The source relayed that Fiebig was devastated as she and Holmes were recently together for his birthday.

Holmes and Robach were known on TV for their daytime job and friendship which they would often talk about. While she started working on their GMA show in 2012, he joined two years later. The duo was said to have a close-knit relationship such that they often went on double dates with their spouses, while Robach’s daughters would babysit Holmes’ kids.
Rumors about their affair started making rounds within their franchise in 2017, and according to insiders, fellow star Robin Roberts tried interrogating Holmes and he denied it. By March 2022, it became glaring that the duo was a thing. They had been training for the New York Half Marathon when it became clearer.
Holmes, 45, and Robach, 49, hung out at many bars around ABC’s headquarters. In August, the duo reportedly got separated from their spouses. Robach’s husband is Melrose Place star, Andrew Shue. She had her two daughters with ex-husband and MLB alum Tim McIntosh.
How Their Affair Unraveled
Robach and Holmes seemingly went public with their affair in November as they trained for the race and enjoyed each other’s company. The pair went on a romantic weekend getaway. During the brief vacation, Holmes was photographed grabbing Robach’s butt. Things went south from there, as they returned to work seeming unbothered. ABC would later pull them off the air early in December as the franchise commenced investigations on their affair and the possibility that they broke workplace rules.
