Demi showed up to 34-year-old Rumer's latest sonogram appointment, although it was after the hospital photo that she shared baby bump snaps and joked about her grandma-to-be status. The black-and-white gallery opened with Rumer's baby bump being hugged by boyfriend Derek Richard Thomas. The indie musician was kissing Rumer's bump as he sat on a couch - meanwhile Rumer was standing in a tight black top while flaunting her bump, but she didn't show her face.
Also included in the gallery was a similar shot to the opening one as Derek went for a jokingly-shocked expression, plus an image showing Rumer's silhouette as she posed by floor-to-ceiling windows and amid orchid decor. In a caption, Demi wrote: "Entering my hot kooky grandma era" with a plant emoji.
"Oh boy. That just made me tear up. What a joy! Love you guys," Kate Hudson wrote. Demi even swooped into her own comments to write: "So happy for you my love!" As to Rumer, she's spotted the post. Thanking her mom, she replied: "Love you mama."

Quick to follow was a group photo as Demi joined Rumer for her sonogram. Here, the Charlie's Angels star wrote:
