Featured in the second season of the cult classic Twin Peaks show and the 1992 prequel film Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me as character Harold Smith, Von Dohlen passed away earlier this week.

Fans and coworkers of his are sure to honor his memory and celebrate his life, remembering the roles in which he shined and the legacy he left beind.

Lenny Von Dohlen has passed away at 63.

Best known for his roles in Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me and Electric Dreams, Von Dohlen passed away in his Los Angeles home on Tuesday after a long battle with chronic illness according to a statement provided by his manager.

He was a beloved actor with a wide range.

Besides his work in cult titles such as the ones mentioned above, he also had roles in CSI Miami, Chicago Hope, and The Pretender.

He's survived by his partner, playwright James Still, and members of his family. We wish them all peace in these times.
