Stranger Things fans far and wide, you may want to brace yourself, as the greatest Halloween attraction to ever exist could be coming your way very soon.
The Byers original family home from the series was recently put up for sale , and the buyer has said they plan on making it a full-fledged replica of some of Hawkins, Indiana’s most iconic locations.
A pop culture landmark recently went up for sale.

The original Byers family home from Stranger Things was listed for $300,000 in Fayetteville, Georgia, though in the show it’s located in the fictional Hawkins, Indiana.
It’s apparently in need of a “full rehab” according to the listing .
That didn’t stop buyers from rushing in, though.

The current owners said the house has been in the family their whole lives, but they don’t have the capacity to fix it, so they’re selling it with the hopes that someone else will.
After just a week on the market, the home is being purchased for almost double the asking price.

TriCounty Real Estate agent Katie Siplon confirmed with Insider that her client plans to turn the property, which also includes 6 acres of land, into a “Stranger Things Halloween walkthrough.”
The client then plans on recreating the home exactly as it appears in the series, including the iconic alphabet wall from the first season that was already present in the listing photos.
It makes sense, given that fans already try to visit the house to snap some pics.

Along with the house, the client plans on installing a miniature version of Hawkins, Indiana on the property, with replicas of other houses from the show. With time, this will become the must-visit place for any and all Stranger Things fanatics.
