As a parent, sometimes you have to get creative when it comes to your children. Sure, you have to come up with ways to keep them entertained, get them to do their homework and chores and so on, but where the outside-the-box thinking really comes in handy is getting them to stop doing something annoying.
Ryan Reynolds came up with a pretty genius solution.
Let’s face it: kids can be annoying.

The worst part is that usually if they KNOW they’re annoying you, they’ll start doing it on purpose, which means you have to be sneaky and make them think that it’s their idea.
Or you have to scare them out of it. Whichever works.
If you’ve spent any time around a kid in the past, say, three years, you know one of the most annoying things associated with kids is the song ‘Baby Shark.’
It’s not a bad song the first time you hear it, but when your kid is obsessed and plays it over and over and over and over again, it can get on your nerves quick.
Ryan Reynolds knows that pain, but has a genius solution!
Ryan shared his solution on Instagram.
“My one year old daughter is obsessed with Baby Shark. All day. Every day. There’s only one way to fix this,” Ryan shared on Instagram, alongside photos from the horror movie The Shallows starring his wife, Blake Lively.
The movie, in case you haven’t seen it, is about a giant shark trying to eat Blake.
Something tells me no kid would be in the mood for ‘Baby Shark’ following that one!
“Well that’s one way to introduce her to mommy’s movies,” one fan wrote in the comments.
While we’re sure Ryan didn’t actually show his daughter The Shallows , we have to admit it’s a pretty tempting idea.
