I don’t know about you, but I’m quite a nostalgic person. Often, I tend to reminisce about the good ol’ times.
After all, those moments bring out many great memories . So let’s go down that memory lane together and take a look at some awesome treasures from the past that will surely trigger a few fun memories. Shall we?
1. This Boombox

Oh my goodness!. If this old boombox from the ’90s doesn’t strike any memories I don’t know what will, ha, ha! I have to admit I had almost the same exact one and I used it until it died.
2. These PC Speakers

Here’s another blast from the past. I have to admit I had one of these speakers when I got my very first PC, and they were so loud. Now, I feel like my laptop’s speakers don’t even suffice, lol.
3. These Bouncy Balls

Do you remember a time when all you needed to keep yourself occupied was a bouncy ball? Ha, ha, I sure do. In fact, I might still have one of these somewhere in one of my drawers.
4. This Alarm Clock

Wow! I totally forgot about this ’90s gem here. My sister had one of those when I came to Canada. I even recall thinking that it was so complicated to use. How things have evolved, huh?
5. This Yo-Yo

Forget Yolo, in the ’90s, we had the Yomega Yo-Yo. How much time did you waste playing with this toy, huh? Fess up, don’t be shy. I bet it was a lot, ha, ha! I will admit it was a fun one back in the day.
6. These Wooden Playgrounds

If you were a kid who grew up when these wooden playgrounds were still around, you’re truly lucky. I think I have seen one or two, but I never had the pleasure of playing on them.
7. Tubble Gum

Oh my goodness, totally forgot this even existed. I was obsessed with “Tubble Gum.” In fact, I had this exact tube, ha, ha! And I loved it so much. Have you ever tried it? Wasn’t it the best or what?
8. This McDonald’s Floor

Speaking of flooring, here’s another one you might recognize. This ladies and gentlemen, was once the tile that McDonald’s used in all their restaurants. Whatever happened to it? Why did they end up replacing it, huh?
9. This Mouse Trap Video Game

If you’re an old-school gamer, you might have tried your luck with this ’80s game. I have to confess I’ve never played it, but it looks super cool to me, hee-hee. It’s kind of like Pac-Man, right?
10. These Bottle Caps

Remember when you didn’t have to enter your personal info online to win a soda? Haha, those were the days. Am I right? Oh, I wish we could go back to that. Simplicity is sometimes best, no?
11. This Popples Plushie

Oh my! This was my favorite plushie I had as a child. I carried my purple and pink “Popples” with me everywhere. I was totally obsessed with it ever since my sister got it for me in Italy. Awe, I miss him.
12. This Cafeteria/Auditorium

So apparently, back in the day, there were rooms like these that doubled as a cafeteria and an auditorium. Oh wow! We never had this in my school, so I had no idea such a thing even existed, haha.
13. This Slim Kodak Camera

Yes, back in the ’80s and early ’90s, it seems that cameras got really slim. Unfortunately, the picture quality wasn’t all that, so thankfully things have evolved since this came out. Did you own one of these bad boys, haha?
14. These Film Tubes

Speaking of cameras, those required film, you know. And this is what you used to store it in, ha, ha! Now, people use them to store all kinds of other things and most likely none of them are film.
15. This TV With VHS Player

I never owned one of these gems but once upon a time, a TV came in with a built-in VHS Player — oh, yes! If you owned one of these, you were definitely pretty proud of it.
16. This TV Stand

And of course, if you owned a TV in the ’90s, you might’ve also had one of these magnetic glass TV stands. Yup! We had one of those, and it was fun to press on the glass to open it.
17. This Movie Theater Carpet

If you were an avid movie-goer in the 90s, you must’ve seen this type of carpet. I remember vividly walking on it many times, hee-hee. Now, I don’t even remember what a theater looks like inside.
18. The Ritual Of Passing Notes

Okay, I might be old-fashioned but I kind of liked passing folded notes at school. There’s something so fun about that. And now all you have is texting. What’s the fun in that? I find it quite boring.
