An online user has shared what they called a ‘very British concern’ expressed by a British Airways passenger regarding the first class toilets on the plane.
It was reported in the paper
A Twitter user posted an image of what seems to be a slip of paper taken from the newspaper.
It reported a passenger’s concern about first class toilets on Boeing’s redesigned 747 plane operated by British airways.
A woman complained about the design

The slip of paper read: “Passengers travelling first class on British Airways Boeing 747s are worried about a re-design which means some lavatories have windows.”
“A woman travelling to New York complained there were no blinds,” it continued.
The stewardess didn’t seem to see the problem
“She was told by a stewardess, ‘Madam, if some pervert is clinging to the side of this aircraft at 35,000 feet they deserve to see everything,’” the paper read.
The sharer of this image thought worrying about the lack of blinds was a ‘very British concern’ while people in the comments joked about the idea.
People were losing it under the post
In the comments, users joked about the idea of who you could possibly see out the window of the airplane bathroom.
One person posted a GIF of a superhero, writing, “It’s risky business, especially for those perverts wearing capes.”
Someone pointed out the response
Another user joked about how the stewardess handled the passenger’s concern, noting that she took it gracefully.
They wrote, “I need the energy of that stewardess.”
Others pointed out other problems
A third person noted that the window could actually be inconvenient if the weather was uninviting.
They wrote, “To be fair this can be a problem in a different way if the sun is too bright and at a bad angle.”
Another person joked about seeing a stunt
Another user wrote, “I mean there is a small chance Tom Cruise just happens to be using your plane for a stunt in a new MI [Mission Impossible] movie.”
I mean, hey, you never know.
