You already have everything you need for this fix.
Fill your sink with warm water, then add 1/4 hair conditioner to it. Let it soak for 20 minutes. While you do that…I don’t know, play a game on your phone? Browse TikTok? That’s what I’d do.

Anyway, find somewhere to hang your chosen shrunken clothing item.
This part is crucial — you have to stretch the fabric back to where you want it! Don’t pull too hard, obviously, but make sure you don’t skip this step. Otherwise, you’ll have hair conditioned your clothes for nothin’.
