Quarantine is kind of the perfect time to do something crazy to your hair. It’s an even better excuse if you’re filming a project that requires you to do it — it’s for a good cause, nobody else will see you if you hate it, and you get to try something new!
That’s exactly what Meryl Streep has done in a new Instagram post.

Meryl is gorgeous whether she’s rocking long blonde hair in Mamma Mia or a short silver bob in The Devil Wears Prada , and it looks like she’s going a new direction for The Prom , a Netflix movie set to come out this year.
Ryan Murphy, the creator of the film, shared this photo of some of the cast.
The star-studded cast of the film that he called “an inspirational aspirational story” includes James Cordon, Keegan-Michael Key, Kerry Washington, Nicole Kidman, and of course, Meryl Streep.
If you had trouble spotting Meryl in this picture, it’s because she’s gone red.

Meryl looks amazing with ginger locks, and of course a bright red shawl and bright red lipstick to match.
Honestly, is there any look that this legend can’t pull off? I don’t think there is.
