The year 2025 has kicked off with an announcement from the Duchess of Sussex. After almost five years off Instagram, Meghan Markle posted with a new handle @meghan and announced her own new Netflix series, With Love, Meghan.
The series, set to debut on January 15th, is filmed in an $8 million gorgeous farmhouse just a few miles away from her and Prince Harry’s residence in Montecito, California.

The series With Love, Meghan is the Duchess’s first solo venture since she decided to take a step back from royal duties in January 2020.
The lifestyle series produced by her and Prince Harry’s Archewell Productions is made in a $100 million deal with Netflix.
The stunning farmhouse is worth $8M
The gorgeous building where the series is filmed is a four-bedroom farmhouse owned by philanthropists Tom and Sherrie Cipolla. It serves as a stunning location for the Duchess’s hosting lifestyle series.
In the trailer, Markle starts by saying, “I’ve always loved taking something pretty ordinary and elevating it.”
The lifestyle show is all about hosting tips
“Surprising people with moments that let them know I was really thinking of them,” The Duchess says, explaining why she loves hosting.
She promises to give viewers “little tips and tricks” on hosting the best gatherings throughout the series while sharing her impressive list of guests.
The Duchess’s guest list is stunning
Among the guests at Markle’s hosting show are the culinary star Alice Waters, the beloved chef Roy Choi, and her Hollywood friend Mindy Kaling.
Alongside the impressive guest list, we also see Prince Harry and Markle’s dog, Guy, on the show in gorgeous scenes of toasting champagne on the sparkling farmhouse patio.
The farmhouse is furnished with elegance
The location where the Duchess hosts her warm gatherings extends over five acres of land. It is beautifully furnished on an open floor plan with various windows allowing sunlight to seep through the home.

In one of the shots within the trailer, we see Meghan walking with a woven basket in her hand through rows of gorgeous raspberry brambles.
As she is filmed picking fresh veggies from the garden beds in another shot, we hear her say, “I’m going to share some tips and tricks.”
The Duchess explains how she curates the right vibe
“I see what color I gravitate to, and everything goes from there,” she says as we see her picking through flower arrangements and deciding the color scheme of the day.
Meghan is seen handling every detail herself, from picking the fruits and veggies to scraping honey from beehives at the farmhouse.
The farmhouse is the perfect place
With a chic beige exterior and a gabled roof as well as an elegant farmhouse interior and plenty of greenery, the filming location for With Love, Meghan could not have been better.
The Duchess points out, “We’re not in the pursuit of perfection, we’re in the pursuit of joy.”

In the lifestyle series trailer, the Duchess points out that it’s all about incorporating lifestyle changes in everyday life, highlighting her aim to help people live happier lives through her show.
“I have to get it totally wrong to get it totally right,” Meghan charmingly says in the trailer.
