Musician Meat Loaf, best known for his Bat Out Of Hell albums and hit singles like “Paradise By The Dashboard Lights” and “Two Out Of Three Ain’t Bad,” has revealed that he is a climate change denier in a new interview that has quickly gone viral.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, Meat Loaf opened up about many aspects of his life.
The singer discussed going vegan for a decade, his dramatic weight loss, and his varied sexual history, but when the discussion turned to politics and climate change, Meat Loaf’s answers were surprising to many of his fans.
“I feel for that Greta,” he said of 16-year-old climate activist Greta Thunberg.

“She has been brainwashed into thinking that there is climate change and there isn’t,” he continued. “She hasn’t done anything wrong.”
“But she’s been forced into thinking that what she is saying is true.”
Meat Loaf immediately faced backlash for his remarks, with one person tweeting , “I really think we should leave Meatloaf in 2019,” and another adding “I cannot trust anyone who goes by Meat Loaf.”
“Go back to doing god damn nothing Meatloaf,” tweeted another person.
Meat Loaf is in the minority on this issue. According to many scientific sources , including NASA, “97 percent or more of actively publishing climate scientists” agree that climate change is real.
