While Christmas music can be a bit of a sensitive subject when it comes to how early is too early to start enjoying it, Christmas movies are kind of a different breed — after all, you kind of have to seek them out, whereas the music just comes to you.
This year, you won’t have to look very hard, because Hallmark is starting Christmas early!

Every year, Hallmark has its famous ‘Countdown To Christmas.’
During this event, Hallmark releases 40 (that’s right, 40 ) brand new original Christmas films as part of the lineup. This year, films like Jingle Bell Bride and Chateau Christmas are kicking us off, but the dates are a little bit earlier than you might expect.
The first film in the Countdown To Christmas airs on October 24th!
The films run all the way through December 20th, so you’ll have two full months to enjoy a holiday film all snuggled up in a blanket with a mug of hot chocolate by your side.
