Such as her newfound love for disposable underwear, which she shared alongside the caption, “Raise your hand if you didn’t know you’d be changing your own diapers too,” and adding, “No one talks about the recovery and healing (yes even the messy parts) new moms go through.”
In her birth announcement photo, Ashley was breastfeeding baby Isaac. Some fans had a big problem with this.
Some fans accused her of oversharing what should be a personal moment, stating “when you’re old you will regret sharing so much.”

Of course, fans hopped to Ashley’s defense, writing that it was a beautiful moment between mother and son, with one adding that it’s “The sweetest bond ever!”
In new pictures, Ashley is showing she’s not embarrassed by all the different parts that can come with new motherhood, including public breastfeeding.
The shot showcases her breastfeeding her baby while she takes a drink from a coffee cup, and Ashley captioned the shot with a coffee cup emoji and a baby bottle emoji.

People in her comments are loving the fact that she’s not afraid to show her reality.
One woman in the comments shared a story of 20 years ago when she was asked to leave a coffee shop for doing the same thing, writing, “I had to take my hungry crying baby, and my embarrassed crying self, out to the street. […] We have (hopefully) come a long way!”
“It blows BLOOWSSS my MIND that people could find this offensive,” said one fan.
While a few commenters requested that she use a blanket or a cover while breastfeeding, the overwhelming majority were supportive of Ashley’s right to be able to feed her baby however works for her!
Ashley is also obviously not embarrassed by all aspects of motherhood.
Like stretch marks, which are often a part of a post-pregnancy body. Ashley proudly showed off hers on Instagram, writing, “same me. few new stories,” alongside the shot.
