It’s almost here! After nearly two whole years of waiting with eager anticipation, the sixth and final season of Peaky Blinders is finally set to make its long-awaited debut later this year.
if you’re anything like me, you’re probably long past due for a refresher course in all that’s been going on up to this point. So in order to help us all prepare properly, here is everything to remember before Peaky Blinders Season 6 premieres.
Linda and Arthur are no more.

After discovering that Linda was cheating on him with another man, Arthur exacts bloody revenge — beating the man to a pulp. At Tommy’s party, she pulls a gun on her husband and would’ve killed him had Polly not intervened and shot her first. After Linda recovers from her wounds, she says good riddance to Arthur.
Finn comes into the fold.

Finn is the youngest of the Shelbys but has since become a man in his own right. After pleading with Tommy time and time again to let him join the Peaky Blinders, Tommy begrudgingly accepts his request — producing dastardly consequences for Finn and the rest of the gang.
Tommy is recruited as a spy for Winston Churchill.

Tommy is a soldier, first and foremost. With the rise of the National Socialist Party in Germany and abroad, Churchill recruits Tommy to keep his eye on the fascist leader, MP Oswald Mosley.
The impending war with The Billy Boys.

The Peaky Blinders are no strangers to conflict with rival gangs, but they’ve never encountered anyone quite like the Billy Boys up until this point. After the Billy Boys kill Aberama Gold’s son, Tommy promises him revenge. Yet when the time comes, the plan is thwarted.
The stock market crash of 1929 AKA “Black Tuesday.”

In Season 5, Michael is working in America at the Shelby’s Detroit office when news of the stock market crash is announced. Upon returning to Birmingham, Michael opposes Tommy’s plans for securing a second source of income.
The birth of the British Union of Fascists.

While at Tommy’s party, Mosley seizes the opportunity to renounce the political and social unrest in Great Britain. He then announces to all in attendance that he will be forming a new party — the British Union of Fascists. It’s at this point that Churchill tells Tommy to take Mosley out.
Tommy and Lizzie’s marriage is unwinding.

In spite of all the insurmountable reasons not to, Lizzie has loved Tommy unflinchingly — even though he’s never once returned the sentiment in any kind of meaningful or tangible way. With her own daughter to consider now, could this be the time when she finally betrays the Shelbys?
The growing divide between Michael and Tommy.

Tommy and Michael’s tumultuous relationship seeks to give an answer to the age-old question of “What happens when an unstoppable object meets an immovable force?” Only time will tell.
Tommy’s failed assassination of MP Oswald Mosley.

Tommy’s attempt to kill and usurp Mosley’s position of power seemed to be going perfectly according to plan — until it wasn’t. In the wake of the botched job, Tommy reluctantly admits to Arthur that Mosley may just be the first man whom he is unable to defeat.
Where do Billy Grade’s loyalties lie?

In the beginning. Billy was nothing more than a terrified footsoldier for the Shelby clan. Fast forward to the present and he’s enjoying all the trappings of being a Peaky Blinder. Fans will no doubt remember that Finn spilled the beans to Billy about Tommy’s planned assassination attempt on Mosley. Could it have been Billy who tipped him off?
Tommy’s mental health is coming undone.

Tommy has been plagued by visions and grappled with PTSD for the vast majority of the Peaky Blinders series. Considering that he was wandering through a foggy field holding a gun to his own head the last we saw him, things don’t exactly seem to be going well.
Who is Gina Gray, really?

Michael’s American wife appears to be much more than what she seems. It’s loosely hinted at that her own family is involved in the drug trade, but is that all? Could she herself perhaps be a spy for Mosley or even a Nazi?
Polly goes her own way.

Polly has a real Sophie’s Choice situation going on all throughout Season 5: does she side with her son or with her beloved nephew? In a private meeting between the two, Tommy lets Polly know that if she does anything other than side with him — he’ll kill her. As a result, Polly resigns.
This is the end.

In case you weren’t already aware, Season 6 will be the final season of Peaky Blinders . While there is talk of a possible movie or even a spin-off series, nothing has been confirmed as of yet.
Alfie Solomons is ALIVE!

That’s right, everyone’s favorite character (played by the incredible Tom Hardy) is indeed alive — albeit with one blind eye and a severely scarred face. Whatever the outcome might be, you can bet that it’ll be a bloody one.
