Every family is different. Tons of people have to deal with some crazy family drama, especially when their families have to come around.
Sometimes, we think our families are the absolute worst things that ever happened to us. But, then we hear about other people’s families and we realize that maybe our families aren’t so bad. In fact, they’re pretty okay.
This daughter who clearly doesn’t care about her parents much.

This daughter apparently is trying to explain to her sister that asking for money of their parent’s tax return is solid because the $100 that her mom offered her was not enough, despite that they support her financially already and may lose their house.
This aunt who wouldn’t pay for shipping.

One Reddit user offered his cousin free Latin textbooks that he hadn’t sold after using them, but when he asked her to pay for shipping, she got pretty mad.
She said that “he said free,” but then said that she can come pick them up. So, she asked for him to pay for her train ticket, too.
This sister who wanted her brother to pay for their late father’s pool.

I have no idea if either of them use the swimming pool, but it seems that neither of them want to pay. tomaintain it.
But, if the sister’s kids want to swim and use it, shouldn’t she pay for it?
This mom who clearly can’t understand child support.

This mom asked if her neighbor watches her kids, for free, and takes on a “fatherly role,” can be charged for child support because she is a single mother and needs the financial help.
I just can’t wrap my head around it.
This mother who clearly needs counseling.

Parents like to complain about their kid’s teachers all of the time, but this takes the cake for outrageousness.
This mother complained that her son received a “purple marker” to work with, which is a “girl color” and is unacceptable. Get real.
Cousins who barely talk but they want your Netflix password.

This Reddit user said that their bratty younger cousin stole their Netflix password and made it impossible for them to ever watch their own account, so they changed the password and let’s just say they were not happy.
This sister who wants free labor from her brother.

This brother, who apparently makes some rad coffee tables, wants to sell them so he can use the money for school.
But, his sister doesn’t see the need, she wants it for a Christmas gift or even for “cost,” which means, free labor for him. Nice family dynamics.
This ungrateful grandson.

This grandson who didn’t want to watch his grandpa, and asked someone to come over and do it for him, calling him “stupid ass” and a “mindless idiot.”
So, people reported the post and also shared it with his parents. Boom, burn.
This brother really needs to chill.

This brother makes large bets for money that he clearly does not have.
Instead, he asks his brother to basically clean out his savings account to pay off his bad betting streak and debt to other people.
A nephew lent his uncle money, but it wasn’t good enough.

This nephew lent his uncle money, despite never hearing from him all year long.
And, when he sent him the money, his ungrateful uncle said that the money was supposed to be sent over earlier. Nothing is ever good enough for some people.
This unemployed brother who wanted pizza.

It was nice enough of this brother to offer to get his unemployed brother a pizza, but then he requested 100 different toppings.
So, the brother said he missed a lot of work and was short, but, he still requested a “supreme.”
Apparently, some people are too lazy to even read.

According to the Reddit user, his aunt needed some help to understand the difference between buying a leasing a car.
And, he found a great article to help her, but she didn’t feel like reading it, and asked him to read it for her instead.
All I can say is: yikes.

This Reddit user said her aunt asks her to pick her cousin up from work at least 3 nights a week when he works a half-hour away and then they live another hour away.
When she said no, she basically mocked her date night.
Some people just take advantage.

This Reddit user said he shared his Netflix password with his mom and sister, only to find out that they had been giving the login to their friends all the time, and someone upped his plan and messed up all of his logins.
So, he cut them off.
This cousin-in-law who won’t pay up.

Why is it that whenever a family member does something with a service provided, everyone wants in for free?
Why is it that no one wants to pay up for goods and services rendered? Family doesn’t equal free!
