Fans of the smash hit Dexter are eagerly and anxiously awaiting the show’s return for a 9th season miniseries that is getting closer and closer to coming to us every day, but while we wait patiently to see the story continue, some fans are holding debates about what they actually want to see on the show — and what they don’t.
One controversial character that fans can’t decide on if they want her back is Hannah McKay.
Hannah was a love interest for Dexter and a serial killer herself, and at the end of the show Hannah was left raising Dexter’s son Harrison by herself.

When a Twitter user asked fans if they wanted Hannah to return for the reboot, fans were divided.
Some fans definitely wanted to see her again.
“I would be fine with him reuniting with Hannah and Harrison but I have no expectations of a happy ending,” one fan wrote .
“Yes for the story to keep going since she’s raising Harrison,” wrote another.
Others were against the idea.
