Baby Chanco is only a year old, but she’s already made her mark on the internet.
Chanco, who was born in Japan, went viral last year when photos of the baby and her magnificent hair were posted on Instagram.
Now she’s been signed as a model for Procter and Gamble hair care products in Japan.
In the beginning.
Here’s where it all started. As you can see, Chanco was born with this beautiful mane and has been rocking it since day one.
It didn’t take long for her hair to grow.
As baby Chanco grew, so did her hair. Honestly, I think this is one of the most gorgeous heads of hair I’ve ever seen.
And as her hair grew, so did her fan base.
It didn’t take long for people to start noticing Chanco. As of right now, she currently has 322,000 followers on Instagram. I have like… 50 so there’s that.
Of course, being an internet sensation known for her hair, she has to take care of it.
Beauty takes time and effort, even if you’re a baby.
In all seriousness though, I do feel for Chanco’s parents who probably have to scrap oatmeal and baby food out of her hair regulalrly.
And, of course, being the trendsetter that she is, she has to accessorize.
Loving the bow, Chanco! I think it’s safe to say that this baby is more stylish than I ever will be.
Well, it looks like we’re going to be seeing even more of Chanco in the years to come.
She just landed a contract with Procter and Gamble hair care products in Japan. She’s already appeared in a commerical for Pantene.
The campaign is adorable and has a great message, too.
It celebrates how the unique differences, like a baby’s head of hair, can make us beautiful. Of course, Chanco rocks her locks in the video and makes my heart explode with her cuteness.

Maybe Chanco will inspire a Next Top Model: Baby Edition ? Who’s to say. For now, we are so excited about this new chapter in her life and can’t wait to see what she’ll do next.
