Actress Alyssa Milano recently revealed she had suffered from coronavirus in April.

“Everything hurt. Loss of smell. It felt like an elephant was sitting on my chest. I couldn’t breathe. I couldn’t keep food in me. I lost 9 pounds in 2 weeks,” she wrote in an emotional post detailing her symptoms.
A few days later, Alyssa revealed “I was acutely sick w/ Covid19 in April. I still have many symptoms. I am what they call a ‘long hauler.'”

“Last night, I had real heaviness in my chest. I went to the ER just to make sure it wasn’t a blood clot. Thankfully, it wasn’t,” she wrote, adding, “This virus sucks. Please take it seriously.”
In a new video, Alyssa shared one of the longer lasting symptoms she is dealing with: hair loss.

“Thought I’d show you what #Covid19 does to your hair,” Alyssa captioned a video of herself brushing her hair and collecting how much of it fell out during the process. Large clumps of hair came out with the brush or with her fingers in the video.
“One brushing, this is my hair loss from COVID-19,” she says in the video.
She concludes by saying, “Wear a damn mask,” which she also included as a hashtag in her post.
