Some movies just leave you wanting more. Whether it’s lovable characters that you just want to follow their lives for longer or if it’s hilarious writing that you just can’t get enough of, there are some films that are basically begging for sequels.
In the case of How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days , it’s both those things that have us itching for more to the story.
*How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days* is pretty much the perfect romcom.
It follows Kate Hudson as Andie attempting to drive away Matthew McConaughey’s Ben all for an article she’s writing about how to lose a guy in ten days, all the while unaware that Ben has his own agenda as an advertising executive to prove that he can get any woman to fall in love with him to show that he knows his way around romance and advertising romantic things.
In a new interview, Matthew has signaled that he is “possibly” down for a sequel.
“I mean, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days is teed up, you know, teed up for one that you could easily do a sequel. And that was a really good one. As far as romantic comedies go, that was a really good one,” Matthew said in a recent podcast interview .
“And it lasts!” Matthew went on.
“People still love that one. I enjoyed that one quite a bit,” Matthew explained.
Would you want to see what happened to Andie and Ben after the movie ended, or do you think they should leave it well enough alone? Let us know how you feel in the comments below!
