Being a girl dad is one of the greatest honors a man could have, and sure, maybe I’m a bit biased as a daughter of an amazing girl dad, but it’s true!
Being a girl dad, especially in 2021, means embracing every side of your child, and yourself, and breaking down the gender roles that once told us all that we had to behave a certain way.

Adam Levine is known for a lot of things.
Of course, fronting the rock band Maroon 5 has been his longest gig, but he was also a judge on The Voice for 8 years.
In addition to a successful music career, Adam has also created a beautiful family.
The musician tied the knot with model Behati Prinsloo back in 2014.
Since then, the couple has gone on to have two daughters —Dusty Rose Levine, 4, and Gio Grace Levine, 3.
The pair keep their children off of social media for the most part, so when fans do get an insight into the private pair’s life, it’s always special.
Back in February, Behati posted a picture to celebrate her daughter Gio’s third birthday.
“my bestie turned 3,” the 32-year-old captioned the sweet selfie.
Last April, Adam contemplated the idea of expanding his sweet family of four.
During an interview with Howard Stern on his Sirius XM show, the singer said his wife is more than happy with being a mother of two at the moment.
“I think if I asked her to have another baby right now she’d punch me in the [expletive] face because she’s not ready,” he said at the time.
“We’re good. We’ve got two kids.”
A year earlier, however, Behati didn’t totally shut the idea down.
Chatting with People in 2019, the 32-year-old said having a third child wasn’t off the table.
“It’s not out of the question,” she told the publication at the time. “I grew up an only child, so I always wanted a big family.”
Regardless of if the pair chose to expand their family or not, their adorable family is doing amazing, sweeties.
The couple recently purchased a $22.7 million mansion in Montecito, California, close to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
Now, Adam is sharing with fans how he’s living his best life as the ~ultimate~ girl dad in a sweet new Insta post:
Posting a new picture with his three girls in matching tie dye dresses, he wrote “girls just wanna have fun.”

The comments were filled with praise for Adam and his willingness to wearing matching dresses with the ladies in his life.
This is the kind of girl dad energy we need in 2021!
It’s a great reminder that we don’t always have to take ourselves so seriously!
Of course, dad’s don’t have to wear dresses to be great girl dads, but it’s something fun and different to do in an effort to bond and create memories!
I always knew Adam Levine was the coolest man ever, and this just really sealed the deal for me!
