If social media does one thing right, it’s showing that there are people out there who are just like us. While we think we have weird quirks and strange habits , we’re not so far off from everyone else across the world. Twitter is the greatest place to find your spirit animals because we’re just sharing our random thoughts and feelings with millions across the world.
It’s a mood.
Everyone feels bad when they haven’t been invited out to places, but in reality, none of us really want to go out when we have to go somewhere. When we do have to go, we stress and get anxiety about having to go, but truthfully, we just want to be thought of.

Every time I log onto social media, someone is posting a video of themselves at the gym, working out, or even in workout clothes. While I do love workout clothes and wearing stretchy outfits, I do not want to work out.
Is anyone else in immense panic from their XXL coffee?
I will go to the local Starbucks and order an XL coffee, but I’ll take three sips and feel my heart beating out of my chest—causing me to think I’m absolutely dying. So, that was fun.
Like I would get off the couch for that.
If Netflix has to ask me if I am still there when I’m watching TV, do you think I am going to get off the couch to try and do whatever the stuntman is doing on TV? That’s a hard pass on the getting up and stopping my snacking.
Sounds like a challenge that I am not ready for.
I am always worrying about what is going to go wrong. I cannot fathom living life without worrying that “the other shoe” is going to drop. Do people live normally without anxiety and fear? Let me know.

We all know that we are unbearable when we are hungry. We get hangry . And, we can hear how mean we sound when we are hungry, too. We know it all too well.
It makes me look smart.
I’ll buy a brand new book to bring with me on vacation and know damn well that the book is going to stay inside of my suitcase the entire weekend. I’m sorry it’s just the truth. I want to read, but I know I’m going to do anything but that.

I need a California King.
My husband and I both know California King is the only way we can tolerate sleeping with each other. I want to have a big bed where we can cuddle, but I can also be on another planet if need be. Stay away from me when it’s hot!

The minute we see our credit card bill for the month, we tell ourselves we’re done spending and shopping. But, then we hit up the TJ Maxx down the block and we have to buy everything on sale. Especially those smelly candles.

At least I’m not the only one who thinks they look like a founding father or a lumberjack when they put their hair in a low ponytail. Why can Kim Kardashian make it look chic but I look like I’m going to go chop wood in the forest?
It’s a game I always lose.
Why is it that our beds are the most comfortable in the morning when our alarm is going off? I truly cannot move out of my blanket taco when my alarm is buzzing. I want to stay in there forever and never leave.
Give me all the candy.
Stress eating is one of my biggest talents. Whenever I am stressed, I grab the nearest bag of candy or chips and just go to town. I need not be judged, I just need to be fed.
Who has the time?
The fact that influencers do their hair and make-up every single day so that they can take photos and videos—that’s commitment. I cannot be bothered to even brush my hair most days, let alone do a full face of glam.
Exhausted.
I would love to say that going to bed early helps, but it truly does not. No matter how much sleep we get, we feel worn out and run down the next day anyway . Who else feels this?
