Sometimes in life, people think it’s best to be the “bigger person.” Taking a step back and making sure that you are doing the “right thing” is what a lot of people advise . However, there are moments in our lives when being petty is ultimately the right choice. Sometmes, being petty is way more fun than taking the high road in life.

When people use your accounts without you realizing it, it’s an awakening. You know that when you realize it, and if they do you wrong, you now have the power to control what they can and cannot watch. Like this Twitter user who was going to ruin the end of Scandal for this girl who has been reaching the series finale.

When you end friendships or you are arguing with people, the last thing that you want to do is to see photos of you with them. This mom figured out a way to keep photos of herself where she looks good—simply by cutting the heads off of everyone else.
It’s an ongoing battle.
Struggling with whether we want to be petty or not is a hard task. We have to “self-talk” ourselves into realizing we have to stop being so petty and start being more ” adult .” Or, you know, we can try again next time.
We end up with the first, always.
Deciding if we are going to be petty or mature is a fight within ourselves. We know to be mature, but being petty is just that much more fun. We cannot help it!
