Here we go ladies and gents, a foray into the world of Avengers: Endgame .
We’re going to be tackling some crazy fan theories and some real truths here today, so buckle your pants.

If you aren’t part of the millions of people who have given Disney and Marvel their money yet, then look away from the following post. At least until you pony up the 15$.
Alright, so now that they’re gone.
What an end to a franchise.
Ten years of cinema all wrapped up so nicely, like a present from Santy Claus on Christmas morning.
Oh, who put those multiple callbacks to the earlier movies behind the tree? It sure as heck wasn’t me!
We got time travel. We got Professor Hulk.
We got to see Captain America fight himself.
We got one of the greatest shots in all of Marvel cinematic history, let alone cinematic history in itself.
Yes sir (and/or madam), it was awesome.
However, we didn’t get one thing.
With all the sweet callbacks and revisits to earlier movies and times, we didn’t get to see one of our favorite characters in the whole Marvel universe: Loki.
Sure, we got Thanos.
Which, of course, isn’t a bad thing.
He got a fitting end to his journey as a villain, getting snapped away like the millions (billions?) of people he did it too.
Very full circle, very nice.
But there’s just something about Loki.
Fans have loved him as a villain since the first Thor , and it’s shown.
He was the big baddie in Avengers , he’s been funny, he’s been serious, but he’s always been a crowd pleaser.
People just love him.
No matter what he does, no matter how many people he kills, he doesn’t seem to lose fans.
I guess that’s how you write an A+ villain.
He was apparently killed in “Infinity War”.
He hands Thanos the Tesseract, Thanos breaks him and then as Loki goes to kill Thanos, the big purple dude just kills him right back.
And then there he lies, once the biggest threat to the earth, dead at the feet of the newest biggest threat to the earth.
Needless to say, people weren’t happy.
As you can see, people are still annoyed about it.
This probably won’t go away for a long time. Marvel fans aren’t casual fans.
That might not be the case though…
Fans have been theorizing that maybe, during one scene in Endgame , he may have escaped.
Oh yes, everyone’s favorite God of Mischief is still alive and kicking.
Fans were ecstatic.
Seriously, go on Twitter and type in the words “Loki is alive”. Most of it is fans just yelling the three words over and over again.
It’s amazing.
The scene goes like this:
The Avengers are kicking around in 2012 looking for the Tesseract, just after Loki has been defeated by the… well, 2012 Avengers.
Long story short, they steal and then lose the Tesseract, Loki picks it up and fwoosh! Disappears.
So where could he have gone?
Back to Asgard to wreak havoc?
Maybe he went to space to party it up with some aliens?
Wherever he was, fans knew one thing: he was getting into trouble!
However, fans need no longer wonder.
Because the Russo brothers, aka the directors of the film, recently answered where he was during the entirety of the movie. It was in an interview with Business Insider the cutting edge magazine for all your Avengers needs.
Joe Russo, the cool brother, explains it like this:
“Loki , when he teleports away with the Space Stone, would create his own timeline,” Joe said. “It gets very complicated, but it would be impossible for Cap to rectify the timeline unless he found Loki. The minute that Loki does something as dramatic as take the Space Stone, he creates a branched reality.”
Anthony Russo, the pretty brother, adds:
“We’re dealing with this idea of multiverses and branched realities,” Anthony added. “So there are MANY realities.”
Jeez, this is starting to sound like an episode of Rick and Morty.

Which if you do, I really admire your gusto. Truly, you are a dedicated Marvel fan.
But we’ll definitely find out more in the Disney+ series.
Loki is getting his own show, and we’re sure it’s going to be amazing.
Chances are, it’ll take place somewhere in the past. But we don’t know for sure!
In any case, where will he turn up next?
Perhaps Loki will make an appearance in Guardians Of The Galaxy 3 ?
Because I’m pretty sure that’s where Thor is. And who’s Loki without his bro Thor? It’s like peanut butter without the God of Mischief.
