Beauty is top of the list of the Glee alum’s morning routine.
She told Byrdie that she’ll indulge in a steam shower every morning, as well as before any major red carpet event.
She’ll also always have a healthy breakfast, which usually consists of avocado toast, an egg white with some greens, and a green juice.
“I love having a really healthy, good breakfast to start the day,” she said.
2. Jessica Alba
When Alba found difficulty waking up for her early morning workouts (she loves spin or hot yoga sculpt), she found a remedy for this: working out with her friends.
Doing so has kept her accountable and motivated.
After all, working out first thing is good for her mental and physical health.
