A beautiful thing about life on planet earth is how everyone has different tastes . Something I find absolutely beautiful and perfect in every way might be utterly appalling to you. It makes us all unique!
There are, however, some things that just about everyone thinks are bad, save the person who made them. Those objects can be found in this list, leaving us more confused than anything.

Very well crafted and great at fulfilling someone’s very specific aesthetic tastes, I’m just not sure I’d want to meet that person. If you enjoy the look of roadkill, we might not get along.
An OK couch.
I would love to study the person who came up with this couch and loved the idea so much they had to go get it made. Is it everything you wanted? Do you feel like this was a good thing to bring into the world?

In your defense, no one going to the gym is really of a mind to stop and read the company’s mission statement before they go in. Maybe that’s why they decided to print it this way. They figured no one was going to read it anyway.

If you hand your partner this as your valentine’s day chocolate gift, they’re going to wish you had forgotten it instead. This looks like the plastic food that comes with children’s play kitchens.
“The letters, Mason! What do they mean?”
They start off kind of alright by using Antarctic in the first one, but it immediately goes downhill with B. Not only is there no B-word on that page, but if you find a lion in a forest, something is extremely wrong.
Eyes on you.
I think if police cars looked like this, there would be less crime. On the road and just in general. You can’t see the threat of a radar gun, but you can see two gigantic eyes on the side of a car, watching you.
Form over function?
While I don’t understand the desire to use this as decor, whatever it takes to make sure no one tries to use it as a functional toilet, I guess. That would be a tricky mess to clean.
“Uhhh…if you care about children, run them over??”
I don’t even understand what this sign is trying to say if not ‘keep speeding through this intersection’. Don’t stop on the sidewalk? Are there that many cars pulling onto the sidewalk that you need to hang this?
“A matte black PT Cruiser pickup.”
I’m a past PT Cruiser owner, which I think will forever be a part of my core character, which means there’s a sick and twisted part of me that thinks this is great. No, I’m not proud of it.
“This table installed on a ramp at my university.”
It’s like a fast-food restaurant briefly blipped into existence here in some sort of timeline glitch where your university was never built, leaving just this table behind as evidence.
“Saw this abandoned home in Alabama a few years ago.”
Calling this a home is a stretch. Sure, ‘home’ can be subjective and anything can be someone’s home, but we shouldn’t count this one. That’s a van in some dirt with a PVC chimney.
“Perfectly fine ladder fix.”
Oh, yeah, definitely fine. Totally absolutely fine. Not a single issue to be found. We all know zip ties can be the strongest fasteners known to man, so this should be more than strong enough.
“Boot mirror at a hostel in New Orleans.”
I can, at the very least, respect that this seems to have been made well. I can also perfectly picture the type of person who would want this in their home. Or their hostel, I guess.
“They painted the badminton lines the same color as the wood.”
They’re subtly trying to introduce their new version of the spot, lawless badminton. No rules, no boundaries, just chaos. They have to bring it in naturally, forgoing a rule here or there, until all hell breaks loose.
“Sad that my dog can’t ride a bike.”
So is it no dogs riding bikes, or no bikes that look like dogs? Or no bikes for dogs? Could it be all three? What do they have against dogs and bikes? Is a skateboard okay?

Oh, no thanks. Just…no thanks. I have such little faith in humanity that I wouldn’t trust a single one of those jars to not have the real thing instead of candy in it. I don’t take chances like that.

This is one angry bike sign. One poor cyclist who’s bound by rules would watch that box approach nervously, but be too afraid to leave the lane because that’s not what the arrow told him!
“Hair dye which looks like [a] cereal box.”
Of all the things to jokingly advertise like food, bleach should be the absolutely last thing you ever do this with. Ever. Especially when you make it look cute and appealing to children. Just stop.
“‘1 of a kind custom shark boat… great fun boat. $7500 or trade for a [pontoon] boat’.”
So it’s a shark boat, but it’s also a car? A car boat? Or a shark car? Teeth and eyes, but also wheels? Please help, I feel my brain disintegrating just looking at this.

As everyone in the comments was happy to point out, those divets are actually so you can stand closer and avoid the situation described above. Still, you can’t deny that it looks weird at first glance.
