A crazy coincidence doesn’t happen any old day. That’s why when it does, you need to snap a pic ASAP. After all, did it really happen if you have no proof ?
You don’t have to worry when it comes to these people, though. They decided to catch their crazy coincidences on camera, and were ever so kind enough to share them with the world.

Finding something that expires on your birthday isn’t that crazy of a coincidence. But when the date is the same as a specific birthday you had years ago, yeah, that’s pretty strange.
“Looks like a starfish ate my mussel.”
Of all the things to find in a mussel shell. Sure, tiny crabs and starfish aren’t uncommon finds in shellfish, but this mussel was already someone else’s meal long before it made it to this person’s table.
“The thread from a dress I made 7 years ago is the exact color I need to hem my curtains.”
I wonder if that particular shade of yellow just stuck out in this person’s mind. After all, it’s not every day you happen to find two different kinds of materials bought at two different times that are the same color.

I bet you anything that those nuns chose this burger joint because of the name. In case you didn’t know, the outfit nuns generally wear is called a habit. So, yeah, it’s more than a little fitting.
“Happy coincidence of a perfectly timed sunset.”
The worst part about this coincidental sunset is the fact that it’s somewhere I’m not. With how bad this winter’s been, I can only wish I could be sitting in front of a beautiful sunset and also next to a beautiful sunset…
“Bed of four leaf clovers I found.”
Finding a four-leaf clover is considered good luck, what with how rare they are. But what if you come across this many at once? Are you the luckiest human alive? Or does all that luck cancel itself out?
“6 red cars all in a line purely by coincidence…”
I’ve seen plenty of lanes filled with nothing but black or silver cars, but never red. Red cars just aren’t all that common, so this is definitely a once in a lifetime sight.
“By total coincidence, black napkins highlight a broken light beam in the glove compartment, right next to a CD of Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon.”
I guess, considering Dark Side of the Moon’s album art literally deals with light refraction, this was bound to happen at some point. Like, by accident.
“By complete coincidence, the trees along this street matched the colors of the buildings.”
This is one coincidence I bet no one saw coming. It just so happens that these trees’ leaves decided to change colors at different rates that match the buildings they stand next to.
“I was gifted the same book three Christmases in a row, by coincidence. They all also happened to be different editions with different cover arts.”
Welp, there’s no excuse not to read this book now. And now you have two copies to gift to other friends!
“This TV uses the same picture as the puzzle I’m about to buy.”
I wonder if this is a common image (that I just so happen to have never seen before). Or, maybe the company that made the TV package is the same one that made the puzzle package, and they just reused the image.
“Complete coincidence! My friend and I met up and saw each other’s phones for the first time.”
Who would’ve thought there was a big enough market for this exact kind of phone case, that two people who have only just met in person for the first time would both have it?
“Two books side by side I found on my parents bookshelf. I can attest this is a genuine coincidence.”
I know the coincidence is supposed to be the fact that those two books (in the middle) have very similar titles, but I can’t stop staring at the two Blu-ray copies of Bridesmaids off to the side.
“By complete coincidence, I happened to first look at this notice at work on its exact 110th anniversary.”
Crazy how things work out like that. There’s nothing that can be said about this other than it’s a very freaky coincidence. The kind you don’t run into all that often.
“My beach towel matches the color scheme of my painting.”
I wonder if this person started painting with colors they’d noticed on the towel (and then forgot where they saw them), or if they bought the towel because they had those particular colors on their mind. Either way, cool!
“2 different bags of original lays chips, bought at different times, yet they have the EXACT same time, and date of being made.”
I guess these two different stores get their inventory from the same supplier. Either that, or we’ve just uncovered some kind of time traveling chip bag conspiracy.
“The date on the bottle coincides with my birthday.”
I honestly love when this happens. It makes me feel kind of special. Like, yeah, that day is the best before date for this bottle of soda, but it’s also the manufacturing date for this person!
“Perfect looking arrow.”
Every once in a while, you come across a puddle with a fun little shape in it. Finding a puddle that’s actually shaped like a thing is even rarer, though. And this arrow is probably the rarest of them all.
“The bird poop is either perfectly designed or a perfect coincidence.”
Well, either way it’s helping this van sell itself. My guess is that there’s at least one bird out there with incredible aim. But that only makes this business vehicle that much better.
“These wardrobe door knobs from the hotel I’m staying in are surprisingly similar to my ring…”
I’m going to go out on a limb and say the ring is actually similar to the knobs. After all, that ring looks exactly like the kind of vintage hardware you’d see in an only kitchen or bathroom.
