Most actors are called “versatile” for a reason.
They take on all different kinds of roles during their careers. Some dramatic, some comedy, some romance, and even some method.

Whle the actor loved filming in New Orleans, Louisiana, he really hated the film.
In an interview with EW , he said that he hated playing “the [expletive] role” opposite Tom Cruise. He also hated the yellow contacts and pasty makeup.
At one point, Pitt even tried to get out of the film.
He called David Geffen, a producer and friend.
“I said, ‘David, I can’t do this anymore. I can’t do it.” When he asked how much it would cost for him to break his contract, he was told forty million dollars.

Things weren’t all fun and games for the actress on this film.
“That was a bad, bad, bad movie,” Theron told Esquire . The only upside was that she got to work with John Frankenheimer.
3. Christopher Plummer – *The Sound of Music*
His distaste for the film runs deep. He even refers to it as The Sound of Mucus . So rude!
The reason why? In 2010, he told The Boston Globe that he was bored with the character.
He played Captain Von Trapp in the film.
“Although we worked hard enough to make him interesting, it was a bit like flogging a dead horse. And the subject matter is not mine. I mean it can’t appeal to every person in the world. It’s not my cup of tea.”

Interview With a Vampire wasn’t the only film Pitt hated.
“We had no script,” Pitt said about The Devil’s Own to Newsweek .
“Well, we had a great script but it got tossed for various reasons.”
5. Katherine Heigl – *Knocked Up*
After the actress burnt bridges with Greys Anatomy , she set her sights on Judd Apatow’s hit comedy.
In an interview with Vanity Fair , she didn’t mince words about how she really felt. She called the movie “a little sexist.”
“It paints the women as shrews, as humorless and uptight, and it paints the men as lovable, goofy, fun-loving guys.”
This backfired on Heigl as she was branded “hard to work with.” Also, Seth Rogen told Howard Stern that he felt “betrayed.”
6. Val Kilmer – *Batman Forever*
If you ever wondered why he only played Batman once, this is why:
He got turned off the character when investor Warren Buffett visited the movie set with his grandkids.
Instead of wanting to play with Kilmer who was dressed like Batman, the kids were more interested in the props.
“That’s why it’s so easy to have five or six Batmans,” Kilmer explained.
“It’s not about Batman. There is no Batman.”
7. George Clooney – *Batman and Robin*
Val Kilmer isn’t the only former Batman to regret his time as the Caped Crusador.
“With hindsight it’s easy to look back at this and go, ‘Woah, that was really [expletive] and I was really bad in it,'” he told Total Film .
8. Channing Tatum – *G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra*
The actor isn’t shy about his disdain for the film.
“I’ll be honest. I [expletive] hate that movie,” the actor said while on Howard Stern’s radio show.
Gee, don’t hold back
He went on to say that he was pushed into doing it.
“The script wasn’t any good. And I didn’t want to do something that I — that I was a fan of since I was a kid and watched every morning growing up.”

Due to the Sandy Hook school shooting, the actor spoke out against the film ahead of its release.
“I did Kick-Ass 2 a month b4 Sandy Hook and now in all good conscience I cannot support that level of violence,” Carrey tweeted in 2013.

Given the fact that she won a Razzie for it, it’s no surprise that she’s not a big fan.
During her speech, she said , “First of all, I want to thank Warner Bros. “Thank you for putting me in a piece of [expletive], god-awful movie.”
11. Sally Field – *The Amazing Spider-Man*
Maybe this is why she was replaced in the current movies?
“It’s not my kind of movie,” Field told Howard Stern. “You work it as much as you can, but you can’t put 10 pounds of [expletive] in a five-pound bag.”

For the movie that made him a star, Robert doesn’t have many good things to say about it.
He once told Vanity Fair it was rather strange to be acting in “something you don’t particularly like.”
13. Miriam Margolyes – *Harry Potter*
Gasp! The actress who played Professor Sprout in Chamber of Secrets and Deathly Hallows – Part 2 said that she’s not a fan of the movies or books.
She made this known during a fan cameo.
“I understand that you and Chris are huge ‘Harry Potter’ fans. Well, here’s the thing. I’m not,” she said.
“I mean, I’m not against it. I’m just not interested.”
She went on to say that she “pockets the money” when it comes in and she’s grateful for it.
