If you’re one of those people that actually enjoys doing laundry , good for you. For everyone else like me who dreads the thought of laundry time, this post is for you.
Today, I’m sharing with you all some pretty cool and easy DIYs that will make your laundry day just a little bit better.
1. Make Your Own Detergent
You only need a few basic ingredients to make a batch of detergent. So save yourself some money and time and do this DIY.
2. Keep Pods Organized
If you must buy those detergent pods at least store them up in a pretty, yet convenient container like this one. Never look for pods again.
3. Cut Dryer Sheets In Half
Did you know you don’t really need to use the whole dryer sheet? I had no idea. This way they will last way longer.
4. DIY Dryer Balls
OMG, I’ve been looking for a solution like this. Make your own dryer balls using yarn, nylons, and vinegar. Less drying time and they smell fabulous. Wow!
5. Create Lavender Laundry Sponges
Instead of just pouring that liquid fabric softener in, just cut some sponges and soak them in with water. Then, toss them in with your laundry.
6. DIY Fabric Softener
You can even save money by making your own fabric softener using white vinegar and mint leaves. It will make your clothes soft and smelling fresh.
7. Get Rid Of Makeup Stains
There’s nothing more annoying than makeup stains on that white shirt. Next time just pre-treat the fabric with a dollop of shaving cream.
8. Make Laundry A Breeze
