Take a look at the dresses Tissaia de Vries wears. Almost all of her garments contain some type of strange, almost architectural element to them: i.e. a high frock or a collar.

As inhabitants of the Brokilon forest, they don’t have much choice! It’s even reflected in their armor.
If you look closely, the pieces are made of tree bark, leaves, and vines, as well as human bones!

When all was said and done, there were more than 250 total costumes sewn.
Each principal cast member had between 7-10 each, and the minor cast members had a total of roughly 150.
