There is a saying that you can’t judge a book by its cover, and the same goes for people. We all have our flaws and strengths, and it’s the latter that we strive to improve on, whereas the former is just a part of our identity – something we can’t change. Now, imagine if someone judged you without giving you a chance to prove them wrong. That would be incredibly frustrating and demotivating, wouldn’t it? At least, that’s what it feels like when you’re given a bad evaluation when you’re just starting out at a new job. Having this in mind, one online user took it to one of Reddit’s communities to share the situation she was in, asking its members whether she was a j**k for abruptly quitting a job she only started training for, as the managers gave her a bad evaluation that she didn’t think was fair.
Should she have stayed and worked it out or was it an a**hole/drama move to quit?

Quitting a job after 15 hours for an unfair evaluation?
At 23, a woman went to work at a clothing store for some extra money. After working a total of 15 hours, she was given an evaluation with a low score (5 out of 45) which was meant to be permanent, even though she hadn’t been trained on 3/4ths of the things listed. She felt this was unfair and so decided to quit the job, never to return again. She then found a new job until she finished her degree. Was the woman a j**k for quitting after such a short time? Let’s take a look at the comments and reactions!
