Today we mourn the loss of many Netflix shows. Some that entertained and delighted, some that didn’t and we honestly can’t really remember.
But we must always remember this: they delighted some, so feel for them on this day.
‘Trinkets’
It seems that Trinkets , which managed to get a following despite no coverage, is going to get a second season, but it will be it’s last.

‘Tuca & Bertie’
Despite this show getting a massive push on the service’s front page, we won’t be seeing any more Tuca & Bertie at all. It is done after Season 1.

‘She’s Gotta Have It’
Based on the Spike Lee movie, this show is going to be killed after two Seasons. They’ll still work with Lee, however, because he’s doing a movie with them called Da 5 Bloods .

‘One Day At A Time’
Taking things “One Day At A Time” was apparently not a great business strategy for the show, because it’s getting canceled after only three seasons. It was a good run.
But luckily it got picked up by another TV channel.
‘A Series of Unfortunate Events’
Not even Neil Patrick Harris, America’s Sweetheart, could save this somber yet somehow silly adaptation of Lemony Snicket’s famous book series. Done after three seasons.

‘Friends From College’
Despite the fact that a lot of people enjoyed Friends From College’s second season, some even calling it “Delightful” it won’t be coming back for a third.

‘Santa Clarita Diet’
When this show first came out, people were all over it. You couldn’t walk down the street without someone telling you to watch Santa Clarita Diet . However, that has died down, and it’s canceled now.

‘Chambers’
The story of Sasha Yazzie (Sivan Alyra Rose), an indigenous teen and the first show ever to have a Native American lead, is dying after one season.

‘Lucifer’
We’ve known this for a while now, and it had a really good run, but this show about the Devil coming to earth and being a detective is ending after five seasons.

‘The Rain’
This Scandanavian thriller gave us an interesting concept, some really relatable characters and in the end, it’ll get only three seasons. It seems the rain finally got The Rain .

‘Dark’
Like The Rain before it, this is another teenage dystopian themed series that is going to get axed by Netflix in 2019. It was announced via social media.

‘Orange Is the New Black’
This show wasn’t really canceled (in the ugly way the word is portrayed, at least) but rather got a finale that put all the character’s stories to rest.

‘Travelers’
This sweet Sci-Fi series is going to end after three seasons. I bet they wish they had a time travel device so they could’ve seen this coming.

‘Fuller House’
This reboot of a show I can’t remember the name of is getting canceled after its fifth season in the fall of 2019. Just like its father before it.

‘The Ranch’
This show that has dazzled the hearts of farmers and rednecks everywhere is coming to an end after its fourth season comes out in 2020.

‘The OA’
Now we shall mourn the loss of one of the weirdest shows on Netflix, The OA . Unfortunately, they won’t get to do 5 seasons like they planned.

‘American Vandal’
One of the funniest shows on Netflix will not be coming back for a third season, as Netflix has stopped ordering new episodes and new mysteries.

‘The Good Cop’
This show starring Tony Danza and Josh Groban didn’t make much of a mark on viewers this year, so it will not be returning for a second outing.

‘Happy!’
Sure it was a Syfy original in the US, but for all us Canadians it was a Netflix original. Unfortunately, neither service is going to have a third season.

‘Designated Survivor’
Even after they revived it from ABC, it seems that not even Netflix will be keeping this show after it’s now final season. There are no hard feelings though.

‘Jessica Jones’
The hard-drinking, hard-hitting and hard-knocking detective of the Marvel universe will not be returning. We can blame Disney+ for losing this show, which was one of our favorites.

‘The Punisher’
Speaking of Disney+ stealing some of our favorite shows about superheroes, this ultra-violent, ultra-gritty show about Frank Castle is getting the ax as well. Because of the new streaming service.

‘Nightflyers’
Like Happy! before it, this show based on George RR Martin’s novella was also canceled by Syfy and thusly, will also be taken off the air by Netflix.
