While her role in Three’s Company landed her global recognition, her career as a candid wellness advocate has kept her in the headlines for nearly five decades.

Look, I hate when celebrities try to tell me what to do but she’s double my age and looks way better than I ever have so I’m… willing to hear her out.
Speaking with “Park” magazine, the actress explained how happy she was to age.
“I have to say that since I embraced health, I have never enjoyed life more. like the way I look. I like the way I feel. I like my energy. I have wisdom,” she explained.
“I have perspective, and I can tell you that aging can be so incredible if you know how to approach it. It takes a little bit of work. It’s about health; about shifting your thinking and understanding what it is that’s making us sick and how we can combat it.”
Of course, we all know Suzanne is a big advocate for keeping your hormones in check, and with good reason! “Perimenopause is actually a great stage of life if you have balanced hormones,” the actress explained. “If you get your hormones back, your brain thinks you’re reproductive, everything is working nicely, but you don’t have to worry about getting pregnant. You can have all the fun you want.”
