There’s nothing really normal out there, right? When you think about it, isn’t everything strange to some people and normal to others?
Maybe it’s true. Maybe it’s just something I say to make myself feel normal. Maybe it’s Maybelline.
Probably not that last one. But these folks are definitely on my weirdness list, even if you might think everything’s super OK here.
1. Like, this is maybe a really cool fashion accessory. The snake looks cozy as heck, that’s for sure.
But can you imagine forgetting that’s what was keeping your bun up and that scaly boi dangles in your face while you’re driving?
2. Although if you’re driving something like this…uh, vehicle…maybe you should just turn around and go home anyway.
There’s so much going on here. Not only do I not know where to start, I don’t want to start at all.
3. On the other hand, occasionally there’s a super weird idea that winds up being just perfect.
As far as I can tell, the only potential issue here is people stealing your pencil case, biting it, then returning it and saying sorry.
4. Sometimes the weirdest stuff is the most adorable, too.
Like, who would’ve thought that a little girl could share such a tender moment with a relentless Chaos warrior?

5. Why do I feel like they’re actually having a super interesting conversation that we can’t hear?
Like, is this some sort of weird book of the month club that has a gimmick?
6. OK, there’s something totally unwholesome about this. First of all, there’s no way you were allowed to pull this off.
Second, although I appreciate your ice cream game, the brain freeze may actually kill you.
7. I guess when you’re this hardcore about your potassium, peace isn’t on the table.

8. This took me a minute to figure out.
I guess he’s just very direct? I’d hate to see what he can do at a salad bar sneeze guard.
9. This dude is all about that World of Warcraft life. He has to be.
The specific combination of “mastery of medieval armor design” and “access to this many empty boxes of Mountain Dew” has only one answer.
Speaking of which…Wow. Wow, dude.
Honestly, it’s actually super impressive. Confusing, and super duper strange, but impressive. I wonder what he could do with legit materials for some amazing cosplay?
10. This makes me oddly happy. I’m not sure why, or how, but it does.
It reminds me of my parents trying to get me to take medicine when I was a kid.
11. Great. There goes my good mood. Ugh. The footprints!
I don’t know what it is about soft bread but I can feel it between my toes and I wanna go home.
12. Whew. Uh, can someone call Mulder and Scully? As in, right now?
I feel like maybe I’m having a close encounter of the…do “escalators” count as the third kind, still?
I dunno. Either way, I’d just feel better with them around.
Mostly because I love The X-Files and have ’90s crushes on…well, let’s be real, both of them.
13. This is great. I don’t even want to know if it was an accident or on purpose.
Either way, it’s gotta be a good story.
I mean, unless the story is, “I bought the icing thing and did it myself. Your cake is a lie.”
14. Ugh. Just when I thought we could end this on a good food-related post.
