Actress and activist Rose McGowan is letting fans know that reading election results is getting to her both emotionally, and physically.
The 47-year-old took to social media to show fans her broken arm after reading election results during a trip to Mexico.

Rose McGowan is best known for her role on the TV series *Charmed*.
The actress has since taken a strong stance in activism, most notably helping push the Me Too movement forward in Hollywood.
The 47-year-old is now revealing to fans that the pressure of the ongoing U.S. Presidential Election has caused her physical distress.
Posting a photo from her hospital bed in Mexico, Rose revealed to fans she broke her arm while reading election results.
“Reading US election results while on the stairs = bone break. It cost $250 in Mexico for my emergency room visit, compared to a likely 10k hospital bill in California for the same accident,” she wrote.
“USA is not the land of the free, it’s the land of the overcharged,” she concluded , before hashtagging #bigpharma #usa and #mexico.
