HRH said he was avoiding the show while appearing on a Zoom call skit with Stephen Fry to kick off the comedian’s “The Big Night In” fundraiser for coronavirus relief.
Stephen Fry’s “Blackadder” character General Melchett was the one holding the Zoom conference with the Prince.
“Come on, even 5-year-olds have mastered Zoom,” Melchett joked during the skit as William’s screen went black.
“Have you seen anything good on TV?” It is hell without ‘EastEnders’,” William asked, to which Melchett suggested “Tiger King”.
Because of course he did, what else is there to watch?!
“Ah yes, I tend to avoid shows about royalty,” William responded
