Some of the best nights can result in the worst mornings as you find yourself completely bedridden, nursing a hangover that makes you question all your life’s choices, particularly that decision to throw back tequila shots like they’re water.
While everyone has their own ways of curing hangovers, I think we can all agree one surefire way is to force yourself to take several big gulps of Pedialyte. Bam, like a magic cure, your hangover is gone. Or at least, now it’s tolerable.
Now, your favorite hangover hack can be purchased in freeze pop form.
According to Best Products , Pedialyte has released a line of freezer pops as an “advanced hydration solution” so you can get back to feeling your very best after a night of making your very worst choices.
These aren’t exactly marketed as being hangover cures per say, but it’s definitely implied.
Their intended use is really for sick children or people who are dehydrated, but I’d argue that I feel my most sickly, dehydrated, and child-like when I’m lying in bed hiding from the sunlight and wishing my mom would come put a cold compress on my forehead.
These pops give you all the extra nutrients and electrolytes you need to bounce back.

According to their company, each pop is “specially formulated with the optimal balance of sugar and electrolytes needed to help replenish vital fluids and minerals, which when lost, can lead to dehydration.”
You can order your own pops in two or three packs through Amazon.

They retail for about $20 on the site and come in four delicious flavors: grape, blue raspberry, cherry, and orange. I’d recommend throwing the liquid packs into the freezer the moment they come in the mail, because you don’t want to go searching for one the morning after a big night out, only to discover you left them sitting on the counter.
Nobody likes liquid freeze pops. That’s just juice then.
Judging from the reviews online, people seem to be pretty pleased with these delicious cold treats.
One person wrote that they’re “so much more convenient” than the regular jugs or powder packets of Pedialyte, while another said they make sure to keep one on hand at all times in case of dehydration.
While some seemed to praise their healing qualities for kids, one or two did admit to diving into the stash themselves: “My husband and I both use these in the event we had had a bit too much to drink the night before.”
No shame in that. We’ve all been there.
