Let me ask you something: do you enjoy doing laundry ? No? That’s what I thought. It’s a hard job, but somebody needs to do it. Am I right? And that usually happens to be mom or dad.
Now, listen up, if you’re a fan of ” mom hacks ,” I bet you’re going to love this one. Yes, it has to do with laundry . Do I have your attention now? I thought so, ha, ha. So let’s go!
If you’re like me, you dread laundry day.

Yes, I said it out loud. It’s definitely not my favorite chore to do around the house. But what if I told you that this one clever mom came up with a hack that will save both your time and your sanity, huh?
This so-called ‘lazy mom’ came up with something brilliant.

She was tired of matching socks for her kids. I mean, it can be a pain? Do you feel me? So I’m going to share her tip with you. I promise it will help to get through the laundry a lot easier.
Here’s what she discovered.

Whenever she used to buy socks for her kids, they would come in sets with a variety of patterns. I mean, why? Perhaps it’s a ploy for you to have to buy more socks when you lose some? Hmm…
So she started doing this instead.
Now she buys all the same socks for her kids to share and wear because, fortunately for her, all her kids wear the same size sock. But even if they do not, you can assign a different color to each kid to easily separate them.
Isn’t that such a fantastic idea?

Not only will it save you time doing laundry, but it will save you so much headache too. If your kids wear different sizes, they can pick a color they like, and voilà! It works the same way. It’s such an easy way to match them all.
Doing laundry this way, you’ll never have to waste 30 minutes matching socks.

Oh yes! You can say that again. I bet after you found out about this method, you’re thrilled, huh? I mean, who wouldn’t be.
After this mom posted her hack, other ladies chimed in.

As it turns out, they do this too, and they love it. In fact, some of them said that it wasn’t a “lazy mom” hack but more like a “save your sanity” hack, ha, ha. I hear you, ladies.
Check this out.

Some ladies even admitted that they use this strategy for their husband’s socks. Oh my gosh, why haven’t I thought of that? Well, thankfully my partner usually folds his own socks, but yes, this would be so helpful.
So, what do you think of this method?

Do you think it would save you precious time doing the laundry? And most importantly, will it help you retain your sanity when household chores get out of hand? I really do hope so for your sake and your entire family. I bet they will appreciate it, too.
